Arbor Ridge apartments are ok. They do have trash every where, they hardly ever clean up the leaves and we have snails all in our yard area. The cable hook-ups here are not that great, they are out dated and you can only have basic cable. The apartment I live in is around to many tress and I can't even get the dish. The energy bill is also really high beacause the appliances are so outdated and are not energy efficient. I have not had to pay water or trash yet. There have also been some pretty scary events here. I would not recommend living here.

Arbor ridge aparments are nice but there is water and trash fee that they dont tell you about. I think it is crazy because why should you have to pay water and trash if youre not living in a house. It is an apartment! Also they are kind of tight. You will not be able to have Comcast digital cable because they need to update their cable lines and they do not want to do it!! How cheap is that! All the rent were paying and they cant update their old cable lines! Mostly everyone around here has to have satellite tv because of this.
