My wife and I went to Artistic with some idea of what we liked, but Patti was very helpful in fleshing out our ideas. Since she knows more about natural stone and porcelain than us, we appreciated her suggestions on what would and wouldn't work well. Although it seems clear that the reviewer below thought her help was unwanted and unneeded, that sure wasn't the case with us.

In addition to the help we received, I would like to mention that the showroom is very nice, with a broad selection of products. We were going to have to use 2-3 tile stores until we found Artistic, but they were able to meet all of our needs. We're just going to make our purchase this month (when the contractor's finally ready) so I can't speak about Atristic's delivery service, but so far they've been great!

I do try very hard to help each customer with their individual needs, while being considerate and thorough. Yes, design is a part of the service we provide here, most people who come in want our help and expertise and appreciate our willingness to take the time to find out what their needs are....I am very enthusiastic and I love my work and am very good at design...I am sorry if I was over zealous in my approach to you. It there are any other very satisfied customers (which there are thousands), I would sure love to hear from you all!

I was looking to buy some natural stone and was confronted by a lady named Patti. I told her specifically what I was looking for and without her help, I found it there. I wanted to purchase the tile but not without her telling me what I should do with it. She was trying very hard to sell me a design that I clearly didn't want and thought it was really a poor design anyway and wouldn't put it in my dogs house. She was actually very rude to me after that and when I did need help, she pretty much shunned me and I in turn went somewhere else and even got a better deal and much better customer service. The selection they had was great and I would have purchased the stone from them but since they employ such horrible people, they just lost a good sale.

I did not get what I ordered and it was very difficult to get the correct item and it cost more than I was originally quoted

eventually the right material was provided but finishing the job was delayed.

the salesperson was not at all apologetic and was cold and aloof.
