this place is not crappy by Minerva L. at InsiderPages

this place got halloween costumes! They are not that expensive compared to other halloween stores and big drug stores that sell them. They have many party supplies. I believe they do delievery too because I've seen their trucks or van driving around town. It looks like it's located in a bad area but it's really not. The cashier is always willing to help you find what you need. Sometimes they have buy one get one free stuff! So go check it out, you'll never know what you might find!
