I used this rental company for some party tables and other rental items for a grand opening reception.
Their tone of service is nothing to get excited about. I really found it an effort to work with them in the sense that they were not helpful in telling or showing how to use the stuff.
Or did the stuff I rent work and the reception work well. I felt like I was dealing with robots -- Hello!
I had a standing bill of ten dollars and some odd change. Within two weeks I received a threating letter that Arrow Rentals would take legal action if I didn't pay the ten dollars and some change.
Very rude over ten dollars and some change.
PROS: They had what I needed.
CONS: Rude -- Robots work for them.
