PRICES ARE DOUBLE OTHER PLACES, MANAGER RUDE: I am writing to alert the local community about the nasty treatment I received at this store. The prices were double the Albany Key Shack. I had no idea, and when I was told the price, I explained that I was giving them my biz because I had had my whole house done by them and was returning for another lock for my gate. I was upset that the price was double what I could have gotten from a store I had just left in favor of giving my business to a local company. The manager was extremely rude, and he refused to even price match. He threatened to call the police. I told him I would tell everyone I knew about the horrible prices. He said that he didn't want anyone to come in that would have the same concerns as I. As far as I'm concerned this is one local company I would like to see go out of business.
