Walked in and was greeted nicely. They offer free lollipops to the kids. Have a great selection of beer and wines. Lots of great prices for people on a budget.

We came in with questions and the hope of buying a couple cases of wine. We left empty handed after being completely ignored for 10 minutes!! Sure, the guy working was doing business with a liquor provider when we first came in, but 10 minutes later, with no acknowledgment they had moved from work to gossiping like teenage girls about who married who. At that point we just felt insulted and took our business and money down the street. So don't waste your time!

There is a guy that works there, not sure of his name, but he is the most friendly and helpful person ever. He really knows his stuff and never makes you feel silly even if you ask a dumb question. He even helped facilitate a transaction where a friend of mine who lives out of town ordered some beer and I picked it up for him. Really nice place. I think they even have periodic wine and beer tastings in-store.

They have a lot of locations throughout Chicagoland. When I'm in this particular neighborhood, I will stop in to pick something up. Good selection of wines, beers and liquors as well as pops,juice, and other soft drinks. There also sell some snacks items here as well. The prices are pretty good and they are constantly restocking so you aren't going to get some stuff that's gathering dust from sitting around so long on the shelves (like I've seen at other stores)!
