We have used ARK animal for soooo long. We loved Dr. Carr for our small animals. Well he sold the place and the new vet is a lot younger and seems to be less experienced. She also fired the front staff and raised all the prices 20-40 percent.
It is not like it was free before! She seems nice enough but we changed vets anyways.
