The high tech wizardry and gadgets were very simple to get checked out on. The lady who fitted me was the best in skill and personality...BUT...It has been two weeks now since I ordered my glasses, and they're beyond their stated 'latest' arrival timeframe. I don't like businesses that don't do what they say they will do. They surely took my money right off the bat. Maybe if you were only able to pay them 1/3 of the outstanding cost, and the rest when you received your glasses, I'd feel better about it.

The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Goldsmid's experience in the field is obvious and he is constantly learning/striving for new techniques and technology in optometry. Couldn't ask for a better experience! ...

I have never had such a pleasant experience as I did at Arena Eyeworks. They are not the cheapest place, but what they say is true, you definitely get what you pay for. I got excellent service from the moment I called in to make the appointment, up until the moment I walked out the door. Their staff is fantastic and the doctors even better. Both my husband and I went there, and were both seen by different doctors and they were both superb. They gave us information none of the other optometrists we went to ever did, and I even found out information about my own eyes that I had never been told before. I am extremely satistifed and will be going to them for a long time.
