The customer service at this place is wonderfully attentive. Marlon in the maintenance dep. is prompt and cheerful, very helpful and well-informed about the building. So when I first researched this apartment complex online, I read some pretty terrible reviews regarding management, customer service and of course, the parking situation. Upon move-in I was a bit skeptical. However any problem that I have had was quickly and efficiently resolved by friendly, helpful staff members. My latest problem was the hard water that comes from the shower. I called down to the office to inquire about chlorine levels, copper, and other hard-water contents that might be present. Although the staff didn't know right off hand, Stanley in particular went above and beyond to call and research it for me and even arranged to have maintenance swing by and test the water! Amazing! Although parking after 8 pm is scarce, that is my only complaint about this complex. And if that's the worst problem at Archestone Willow Glen, then they are doing a great job. ...

I have never seen a dog in the pool, so I am sure those people are long gone. College kids must also be out, because I swear it is a ghost town. I have never stepped in dog poop either. For the most part this place is clean and quiet. However, the mantienance leaves alot to be desired. They have a hard time keeping thier staff, so the one great maintainance guy is very busy. If you ask the office to fix somethig it takes several days and maybe a few weeks if it is minor. The front gates are often broken for days which makes me concerned for safety (F.Y.I. during the summer some of the residents from the other side of the creek hop the fence that separates the complex, go throught the dog run area that is unlocked, and use the pools), the bbq in the front pool has been broken since the day I moved in, the lights in the front spa are out, the back spa is unheated (but the bbq works), and my wonderful gas oven that made me sign the lease has to be kicked to get the gas to turn on.
