I have been taking my son to Dr. Winters since he was about 2 years old he is now 15. Back then when I needed to change doctors to one that was closer to where I lived it must have been very easy to get an appointment with him. I didn't even request him. Now I am a new mom again (OPPS!) and I wouldn't even think of having another doctor see my second son. He is great with both of my sons and always makes them feel at ease. He always ask us if there is anything that we are concerned about and is very helpful. I would definently recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor.

Archdale Pediatrics is a fairly new office. And they are partnered with Thomasville Pediatrics. There are about 16 doctors in the network that rotate between both locations. But based on my experiences, the staff at Archdale are not as friendly or knowledgeable as the Thomasville staff. It is very hard to get thru when you call. There have even been times when I have called after hours and the roll-over message was not switched on and I would technically be on hold, even when the office was not open. The doctor care is great.... I love the doctors. But I prefer to make the drive to Thomasville instead of the Archdale office.

Doctor Don Winters is an amazing pediatrician. He is very friendly and does his best to make your child feel comfortable being at the doctors office. He is always there to answer any questions or concerns that you might have and I truly feel he tries to treat every child as if they were his own. I highly recommend Dr. Winters if you are searching for a pediatrician.
