We called in the expert when a huge branch fell from one of our pin oaks (tree was located near the road in front of our house). He was honest in his assessment of the remaining tree and we decided to have the tree removed. Our Arbor expert gave us the name of a tree remover, who was prompt and neat in all that he did. We also used our expert's opinion and advice with another tree closer to our house. Great experience!
