I called to make an appointment. The woman was eating while speaking to me. I asked for directions and she said don't you have a computer or a GPS? I couldn't understand her at all because she is not speaking english. Then hung up on me. Out of stupidity I went to an appointment anyway because I felt so bad. Big mistake. Beware, she is very scary!
