Very poor customer service.

I called to get a price quote on a used part. When i arrived, i got quoted a very different price, that was twice as much. They would not honor for the original quoted price, and I ended up finding it online for cheaper than what they quoted me over the phone. This place is a rip-off, the customer service is lowsey, and the employees are not very friendly. They need to move to New York, they may do better there.
