DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!! I never write on these things so this has to be pretty bad for me to get on here and spend my time doing this. Bottom line is that the place is fine as far as the people that work there. They were actually great, but the GM Emilio Aguilar is one of the worst people I have ever met. If something happens to you car, don't expect them to do anything about it. This was the first time I had been to this car wash. I paid $80 for an oil change, upgraded wash and some candy and sticker book for my daughter. Truck is complete, I go out and notice a huge crack in my windshield. I call the manager and get nothing but attitude. "I not go to do anything" he says.....learn freaking english....I can't even understand the guy. All I was looking for was an apology that his car wash cracked my windshield. Couldn't even get that. The guy flat out walked away from me. If you want to take your chance with them go right ahead, but don't expect even an apology if they screw something up. Too bad they are not a franchise. I am telling everyone I know not to use them. Hope they go out of business.......get out of here Emilio!!

Took my new truck there. when I left my radio was not working. I discovered the antenna missing and returned to the car wash. Manager tried to tell me I never had an Antenna. I convinced him I did (which he already knew). He went inside and came back out with an antenna and said he found it. He tried to put it on and it did not fit. He left came back and said he found another one. He put the antenna on and the radio worked. The next day the antenna fell off. I found he had just forced the one that did niot fit on, stripping the threads. I returned to the car wash and the same manager tried to convince me they never removed my antenna. He reluctantly agreed to order me a new antenna and made no apologies for the incoveniences they caused me. Did not even offer to refund the price of the car wash after I had to make three trips back due to their mistake. Will never use Aqua again and will tell all my friends to not use them.
