We started out at that office because of Dr. Simo. Dr. S was great! Once he got ill and stop seeing patients it went down hill quick. Several times we have called the Doctor on weekend's and the answering service referred us to the ER. This last time we didn't call and went to the ER directly. When we saw Dr. Bruck on Monday he lectured us on not having called the service first. He claimed they put calls through to him but that is absolutely not true.

The staff absolutely sucks! They are nasty and mean!

My youngest son had a reaction to his vaccinations because the nurse group the shots to close together on his leg and they reacted with each other. His whole upper leg turned black and blue and it was extremely painful. (Another unanswered call to his off hours service). Another trip to the ER. Then when I took my son back they expected me to pay for seeing the doctor!

That was the final straw!

I won't take my dog back to that hack!

After my daughter has an accident, we arrange a visit with Dr. Bruck in order to get an arrangement for the orthopedic surgeon. We spent two hours in the doctor office. After the visit the told us that we could go to Dr. Pino (orth. surg) office and they gave us a paper for that. We made the appointment with Dr. Pino. When we went to Dr. Pino office they told us that they could not visit my daughter because they didn't have any authorization from the pediatrician. Right there we called them and asked them to send the authorization by fax to Dr. Pino office. They did not want to do it.
We tried to talk directly with Dr. Bruck and they told us he was busy. I am still waiting for his call.

We loved Doctor Bruck. He is attentive, and really listens when you speak to him. Unfortunately, his partner has been on a leave of absence which makes the wait time unbearable. The last straw was the 2 hour wait! We'll consider switching back once the other doctor returns.
