Way too pricey for unproven value
This guy lives literally right around the block from me. I asked him over for a quote on a small job that should have cost like $100 - $150 at the most - labor only, as I already had the materials.

His quote: $350 - for labor alone. Non-negotiable. I immediately showed him the door.
