The people are nice, but the billing dept. is messed up. I originally authorized a monthly debit from my checking account, but rescinded it 3 weeks later. ** 6 months ** later, they posted a charge against that checking account, and the amount bounced, causing the bank to add a $35 fee.

Yikes - pay the bill yourself.
