I have never gotten the run-around from any company as badly as I have from these people. They tell you something different every time you call, they never make notes on your records so you have to start over explaining everything, and if you get frustrated by the constantly changing information they give out, they hang up on you! (and I was not rude at all, just frustrated).

You could die by the time you get anything from them. Save yourself the heartbreak and go elsewhere!!

I got a nebulizer from Apria. It sounds just like a Harley Hog. It is not the kind of thing that endears you to your apartment house neighbors. I called Apria to ask them to pick it up. First, I spoke with the billing department (person 1, phone number 1), then they gave me a number, purportedly to my local office. I called that and the operator (person 2, phone number 2) forwarded my call to a "Customer Service Representative" (person 3). He said he was forwarding my call to his supervisor, but I got put back in the phone system. Another operator (person 4) told me I had not been talking to my local office, and gave me another phone number. I called that number and the operator (person 5, phone number 3) gave me to another "Customer Service Representative (person 6, phone number 3). This person really wanted me to exchange the machine, not return it. I finally got a local address and I have every intention of driving there and giving the noisy, nasty thing back. This ...
