My husband and I had visited this store 2-3 times before finally deciding to purchase our refrigerator from them. The evening we went to purchase the refrigerator (as well as a cooktop and range hood), it was late and the store only had 10 minutes till closing. After we had only browsed for a couple of minutes, the lights were turned out in the store and the employees had purses and backpacks in hand and walked to the front door. Basically, we were being ushered out and not even acknowledged as possibly wanted to purchase anything. We heard a few huffs and sighs from the employees and decided that it was their NOT so subtle way of letting us know that they were ready for us to leave. The next day, I did phone this establishment and talk with the manager. She gave me a lame excuse for the poor customer service, but at least did apologize. I will NOT purchase from this store ever and unfortunately for them, neither will quite a few people that I know.
