No problems here
I needed a replacement dryer belt , called them up and they had it. I did not even tell the guy on the phone to hold it for me but as soon as I arrive with no information on the part I needed ( I forgot it a home, I know stupid), they had the part already set aside!!! That's what I call great customer service, got in got out ( for less than I thought I would spend). And the lady at the front desk was nice enough.

If you are looking for a part for any appliance big or small they have it. You know how those store grates start to look very ugly, they have a large selection to replace them and make your stove look new. They also had that clip I was looking for my dishwasher. I will use them over and over.
