The gentleman who came out to work on our refrigerator was very nice, but ended up not repairing our refrigerator.

Then, when we called him back on it the lady said they were going to charge us another service call on it. WHAT? No way - he didn't do anything the first time except tell us that our frost-free refrigerator was frosting over. Well - that isn't supposed to happen so something must be wrong (in my opinion). So, I researched it and found out it was one of two things that could be bad on it and called to let them know and to have him come back out.

Finally, after much arguing she said she'd send him back out. Then he came a few days later with his wife and 2- year old with him. The little girl was nice and just played in our front room, but you don't bring your kids with you on the job! They then said they would replace the two things that I said might be the problem for a high total. A week later the parts come in, they come and replace them and on the invoice obviously are trying to get the bill to come up to the quoted price. They mark one part at $39 then cross that out and put $49. They ask me for a calculator and then the invoice gets more cross outs and more increased prices to get to the high original quoted price.

Never again!
