I have never taken care of my marble floors in my house in Danville since I had them installed over 10 years ago. They were dirty, scratched, dull and had stains on them that my cleaning people and I just could not get out. I had no idea who did this kind of work, so I searched on the internet. Boy, was I happy!!! I found Appleby Cleaning and Restoration and talked to Mark, the hard surface manager at Appleby. He came out to my house the very next day and gave me an assesment of my floors and told me they could make them look beautiful again. I was very happy to hear that!! But at what cost? $2400 !!! That sure was a lot of money but a whole lot les than the $17000 it cost to install the floor.

The technicians came in the next week, I think their names were Reyes and Sang, and they worked like dogs cleaning the marble and especially the grout, honing out the scratches and acid etch marks, then polishing the stone until it looked absolutely fantastic!! Almost like it was just installed!! Then they sealed it and buffed off the residue. It took these guys just 1 day to turn my old ugly marble into marble that I was proud to look at again !!!

This was not a cheap thing to do but it was sure worth it!! I'm glad I had the crew at Applebys do it because it was done right, in just 1 day, with no collateral damage to any other things in my house.

I would would deffinately use them again!!

My Grandma used them, my mother uses them and I use them. They are a family owed company that's been around for years. The ladies in the office are so nice. They always remember me. The guys they send out are always pleasant. I've often left a key for them.
We mostly use the carpet and upholstery cleaning service. They clean my moms area rugs.
Appleby also has a stone and hardwood cleaning division that I will use in the future

They are very professional. Everyone is very nice. We've been using them for years. I got their name from my mother. They have a rug cleaning plant and also have the guys who come to your house to clean the wall to wall and my funiture. They also have a crew that polishes marble and I think hardwood floors. There are cheaper cleaners but I rather not risk it. You can see their sign from 880 near Marina.
