I just wanted to inform everyone that Apple Valley Feed Bin is very unprofessional and has horrible customer service. When trying to calland visit them to resolve a issue I had with sick chickens they sold me I was not recieving a call back from anyone. A couple months had gone by so I called back and spoke with the Manager D.P. Trying to explain to her the situation she cut me off and said why are you calling? I told her and she said that I must not have been taking care of them properly. My family had one of the very first chicken ranches in Fontana CA I myself raised them growing up. She said well we don't gaurentee anything. I informed her that my aunt had the same problems in the past and they just gave her new chickens and she said no that is not true for a fact! I asked her why she was calling me and my family a liar and she just repeated the same statement and hung up on me. She was very rude and unprofessional.
