I buy stuff here sometimes, though try to avoid
I hate the hectic-ness of Apple stores. Being an Apple addict though, they are a necessary evil.

I did ask advice here regarding an iPhone case. They guy totally talked me out of a Kate Spade super cute option and I was ticked about it at the time. However, he was probably right. I've dropped the thing, hard, more times than I can count. It should be broken and it's not. So for that, I'm grateful.

This location seems less crowded than Fashion Valley. I walked in, paid and left at 10am on a weekday. Though I've seen it off the hook lately maybe due to iPad2.

So good service, probably could have bought the case for cheaper on Amazon, but I'm not bitter.

Best service
The customer service at Apple Stores is great. The first time that I went in for the Genius Bar, I didn't know that you had to have an appointment but they were accommodation and were able to fit me in an empty spot so I didn't have to come back and waste a trip. Thanks

waiting in line for iphone 4
I came to the Apple store the day after the iphone 4 came out, I expected a wait. The Apple store was very organized with the line. They had chairs set up, they offered us umbrellas for the sun. They offered coffee and rolls from starbucks. I had my six year old grand-daughter with me and don't know how we would have stood in line without the chairs and umbrellas. I was told the wait would be about an hour, but it was really about an hour and a half. The staff was friendly and always answered any questions we had.

Best computer store by Ian B. at InsiderPages
Apples are the new coimputer. PC are wa worse than Macs because you can do so much more with an Apple. They may be more expensive, but it is worth it. This store has a great selection of everything Apple offers. Their Ipods are great and they have a wide selection of them. i would recommend this to anyone who loves Macs.
