I generally loathe the Apple Store. I have been a life-long Apple user since the ripe young age of three, but this year I made the switch to PC/Linux (take that, commercials!). Apple has been increasingly less concerned about the quality of their computers and more on branding and coming up with fancy gadgets - which is fine, I think Apple's gadgets are wonderful - but I no longer use Apple Computers because they have become unreliable and getting any one of the snide kids who work here to help you is an alienating experience. They are very condescending, and treat you like you know absolutely nothing and as if they are Prometheus bringing down the fire of Steve Jobs to us suburban yokels. When Apple stops hiring complete schmucks and makes a computer that isn't encased in cheap material, I might consider a new MacBook. For right now, I am blissfully clacking away on my much cheaper, just as useful PC notebook.
