Software si great - product looks great. Hardware is a PIECE OF SH1T! We own the Macbook and Macbook pro: Both have been in twice in less than a year. The sh1t just breaks. We carry them around in cases, baby them, and yet the stuff just cracks. To repair them is such a mission: Dealing with egotistical who think they are part of something great. Chums, you are $9 an hour people. Get over yourselves! Next time, just fix the damn thing and leave the ego in the car...

I must admit I was a Windows man and never thought I'd be working with a mac but i decided to look around and browse and found that I really loved the look and feel of the Apple Machintosh computers. The staff tought me how to use the basic features since it is a little different then what I was used to, they even gave me a windows to mac glossery so I could understand ever feature on my new mac. I particulary love the mac's hard drive unit, it has a clear blue apple on the side and looks very nice. the prices are much lower then I thought they would be, great place to shop.

I went here expecting to drop an arm and a leg on a computer. But nope. Instead of force feeding the top of the line apple down my throat the worked with the amount of money I wanted to spend and hooked me up with a previous model that they just took off the shelves for about $300 less. Then they gave me a military discount. It was a very good deal, from very nice, curteous people and the product is incredible. Exactly how I wanted the experience to be after I saved up for almost a year to buy a new computer.

I recently saved up and bought my husband an iPod for his birthday. I spent many months researching and stopping in to this Apple store to ask a zillion questions about which iPod suited him best and what acessories he might need. They never tried to sell me - or at least they never made me feel as though they were. When I finally made the purchase and hubby had some trouble learning the ins and outs of using his iPod, we went in to the store and they took the time to teach him how to work it and understand it. They even had kid computers with kid games loaded onto them to keep our children happy while he learned about his new toy.

This is an awesome store! I have been a Mac owner for year and this store is wonderful! I have not had the opportunity to buy a computer from this store yet, but I have gone in several times for advice about my computer. If you have any questions at all, the staff is exteremely helpful and knowledgable. They have solved several problems for me without my having to bring the machine in. When it's time for my next computer, this is the place I will go!
