Don't count on your service appointment to be kept!
I am disappointed in this company. An appointment was scheduled for after 4:30 PM to have my windshield replaced. The representative called me at work to let me know the truck as on location and ready to replace the windshield at 3:00 in the afternoon. When I arrived home at 4:20, I called the company to make sure everything was OK. I was told that because Friday was a slow day, my apopointment would have to be rescheduled for the following Monday. I will not be calling back to confirm the appointment because this company appears to be more concerned with having its employees off the clock as soon as possible instead of keeping appointments with customers. More flexible hours (they only take weekday appointments until 4:30... and don't count on the 4:30 timeslot) would seem to be more aligned with their Company Philosophy: "Do business honorably and provide high quality service, EVERYDAY!"
