When you buy something and it breaks, why can't you simply return it? At the
Apple Store, you have to wait tirelessly for a genius to assess the problem. To me,
this is poor customer service. Simply take it back and give a new one. This is
my only gripe with this franchise, as the employees at Apple are great, attentive, and
the surroundings make you want to stay and stay and stay...

PROS: cool atomosphere, great toys to play with
CONS: making appt. for the genius bar is really annoying...

Nice, knowledgeable staff who are always ready to answer your questions, even supply answers you didn't know you were looking for. it can be somewhat tough to fight off the crowds here--both in the store and outside trying to park--but the benefit of good service makes up for it.
