I called and asked for the owner as listed by the first reference provided here at Mojo. He quickly asked what I wanted before confirming my question. He stated he was booked for a week and was not able to come clear my main line (which I fullly understand and do not hold any negative feelings about). What puzzled me is when he told me I needed to find someone else, I asked "can you recommend another plumber to me?" He stated he had no idea who I should call. I pressed again, "Sir, if you needed a backup, are you stating there are no other plumbing professionals yu cold recommend?" And he stated there were3 none. This does not seem like a great way to handle a customer.

Avner Ronen of Apex Plumbing replaced my worn out garbage disposal. He suggested that we might reduce the number of future plumbing back ups if we did not put eggshells in the garbage disposal. Our plumbing back-ups went from 1 or 2 a year to NONE!

Our water heater began to leak, initially we went to Sears and arranged for an install, when their plumber arrived he told us it was impossible to install the heater we purchase; something about the pipes weren't the right size and wanted us to buy a twice as expensive unit. Avner was the 3rd plumber we called regarding a damp spot in our living room. He was recommeded to us by the Allstate Insurance service center. While others suggested extensive and expensive work since they couldn't locate the exact spot where the pipe leaked, Avner found the exact pipe that leaked and was able to repair the pipe. He personally did the work.
