My inspection took place on a friday morning. My deadline was the following Wednesday. I was ensured that my report would be emailed monday.
No report.
I called tuesday morning. The woman informed me that it would be sent out Tuesday afternoon.
No report.
I called Wednesday morning. The woman informed me that it was going to be finished by lunch. Giarrmo who was heading my inspection was coming in to look it over.
No Report.
I called Wednesday at 2pm. The woman informed me that Giarrmo was coming in 45 minutes to look over and sign the report.
No Report.
I called at 4:30PM Wednesday, the woman informed me that they have my email and their are sending the report right over.
No report.
Thursday morning. I called and they said that the report had not been typed, but it had been signed.
I told them exactly what I just typed here, told them to keep their report and I'll get someone else.
The report showed up in 20 minutes.
