I think you have to be a little bit artistic or creative to pull off an Anthropologie outfit that looks like you walked out of the catalog. I am not that person. In fact, every time I try to have a sales person help me out, it just never turns out right or it winds up costing $500+. I don't mind the cost, but I don't feel like I'm getting good value for money when I'm spending that kind of $ on clothes that I worry about going out of style next year.

That being said, I totally shop here and love the store. They usually have decent sales around holiday time. I like their dresses and jackets. Their kids stuff is just ok. You can have someone style you, but I think you need to make an appointment just to be sure someone is available.

Thing is, if I'm ever in the mall with my daughter this location is way too close to the bouncy castle. All she sees is that dumb bouncy castle and nags me about it the entire time I'm in Anthropologie.

while, admittedly, it is rare that i can actually afford anything from anthropologie, i love shopping here. their clothes are classy and adorable - and of excellent quality. i can honestly say that if i could shop at only one store, this would be it. i should also mention that they do always have good sales in the back of the store.

the service here is also of great quality - sales associates are constantly checking in with you both on the sales floor as well as in the dressing rooms to ask if you need any help finding anything, with other sizes, etc. i haven't ever felt pushed into anything here, unlike at many other stores.
