Very poor customer service
I went into Anthropologie a couple of days ago, I love the clothes and the vibe of the store. I was there for quite a while. There were several employees working on straightening and folding, preparing to close the store, but not one person spoke to me. Not one. I bought two tops. I work in the retail industry and I hope my store at the very minimum greets every customer. While checking out, I explained to the woman ringing me up that I wasn't spoken to or offered any help. Her response, "I'll tell a manager." Maybe she did and maybe she didn't. I am sure I will shop there again, but it may just be online. If you are looking for great customer service or any customer service for that matter, this isn't the place to go.
