Convenient but not great by Ann M. at InsiderPages

I have gone here twice both times I have left feeling like they do not want to spend time on someone who does not know cycling. I am a recreational cyclist not a professional and I do not know a lot about my bike and they seem impatient. I think due to my lack of knowledge. Both times I have got what I needed but it just isn't a very friendly shop.
