Don't ever use these charlatan's! On moving day they showed up 45 mins late ( 2 miles away ) while charging from the time they left their dock. When they finally arrived they took an additional 45 mins to decide how to park their truck ( 1.5 hrs before even coming to the door ! ) When I called to complain, the horrible woman who answered made threats to pull the movers off the job ! Since they had had me right where they wanted, they then took as much time as they wanted with only half of the movers working at any given time. When they were finished they caused some $1200 dollars worth of damage to my furniture, and they were only insured up to $5 a pound. Then with the last five items in the truck they insisted I complete a customer evaluation form; They 'recommended' that before they finish the job, it should be positive ! ( so that is how they get good reviews ! ) Next time I will use Allied or Mayflower or some reputable mover, these guys are extortionists !
