I used to go to another local auto repair shop in Ames before this, but i chanced upon a coupon for this shop... Went up there and was impressed by the quality and speed of service.. The employee was Polite, helpful and clear and honest in his summary and assessment of my car.. will go for any future auto services and will recommend it to others!!‎

Previously, I have struggled to identify a good repair shop in the Ames area, but after a recommendation from a friend, this one exceeded my expectations. The assessment of my vehicle's problems was fair and honest, the repair was timely and effective, and the interaction with the employees was always very professional in nature. One employee even contacted me by phone to discuss the problem and potential repair options. I will trust this shop with all future auto service that I need while I am living in the Ames area and recommend it to others.‎

Went in for an oil change, had a coupon which made it very reasonable. I scheduled the appointment beforehand. They were very pleasant, and did the job very quickly (~20 minutes). I have experienced other shops in Ames, and I have waited more than 40-60 minutes for an oil change. I also asked for recommendations about installing an after-market trailer hitch. They gave me a good reference to a hitch installer in town. Very pleased, would go there again for an oil change, would recommend to a friend.‎
