This facility is much cleaner than other vets I've been to. Most of the staff is very helpful.

Unfortunately, if you want the inexpensive price you'll have to wait. It is USUALLY 3 HOURS if you need to see the doctor, shorter if you just need shots. It takes about 2 hours to get in to a room, and after waiting in the room, seeing the doctor, and waiting to pay it ends up being about 3 hours.

Dr. Kendrick is the main vet, and in trying to keep prices down he does not push expensive tests. Unfortunately, this leads to some guesswork and you can end up treating your animal more than once if they were incorrectly diagnosed. Also, sometimes Dr. Kendrick is nice and sometimes he is rude...you can never tell how he is going to act. There are several good substitute vets that work here, but you never know when they'll be in.

I use this vet for routine tasks like vaccinations, deworming, etc. but if my dog or cat is SICK and I need a diagnosis, I go to Boulevard Animal Hospital in Garden Grove. It is more expensive but I TRUST Dr. Vani and Dr. Sumpter (sp?) more with my animals' health!

I have been taking my pets to Animal Medical center for almost twenty years, first with my sick cat for his monthly injections when AMC was just doing injections and spay/neuter. Now, and for the last several years they have been a full service vet and the care we have received there has always out-shined any other vet. We've sent friends and family to AMC and everyone has had great experiences. They are honest, caring, friendly, skilled, and have a genuine concern for the well fare of animals. Dr. Kendrick, the owner of Animal Medical Center, has been our vet through thick and thin, when our diabetic chihuahua Billy had had enough of his sickness Dr. Kendrick put him to sleep with such care and a gentle touch, though it was painful for us he made the process as smooth as possible. When I bring Billy's 14 year old sister in for her check-ups, no matter how busy they are, Dr. Kendrick always takes an extra moment to pet Honeygirl and tell her what a good girl she is. He always remembers her and tells me how much he likes her every time we go in.
The wait can be a little long during busy hours but if you get there when they open at 8am you'll be in and out before you know it. Even when the wait is long it's worth it to know that you're baby is in good hands. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to my family and friends and will never stop taking my babies there.
Sometimes it doesn't matter how great the care is, you just can't afford it, well Animal Medical has that covered too. The have the best prices I have ever seen. With them there is no excuse for not taking excellent care of your pets, they make it soo easy. Hope this one helps.

I love taking my pets to this hospital. They treat them with love and respect. Friendly staff. Great doctor. Very clean!!! Some vet offices smell bad when you walk in but the office even smelled very clean!!! Best prices around.

Office is beautiful and one of the cleanest I have ever seen. Staff is very friendly and compasionate. Doctors are excellent. Dr. Kendrick has a great bedside manner. Prices are very reasonable!!!

This moderate size veterinarian provides discount neuter and immunizations for your pets. They have separate entrances for dogs and cats. The staff is helpful, but expect to wait a very long time.
