Love this place the doctors and techs take very good care of my animals. I have not found another clinic that my pets get excited about going and the staff is very helpful, caring, and very good at what they do. Love you Animal Kingdom Pet Hospital

Dont know where to begin...
A friend told me about this place since i have rescued ferrets an rats an add them to my family (my chihuahua an my pit)..so i went up there an check it out an i must say i was amazed when i walk in...everyone was nice an respectful..an most of all it smelled good in there unlike other places smelled like sick dogs or death bed place but it smelled like a good home(place to be at)...anyways...the staff there are amazing an answer all my questions an took care of my ferrets...then seen the doctor an she was smiling an look at my ferrets an told me things bout them that i never knew about an gave me hand outs brochures an ask me lots of concerning questions an she smiled an said i am a good pet owner ..that the rescue ferrets are lucky to have me...so i felt good an told her thank you an got some meds for my ferrets an check out an the price wasnt to bad compare too lots of other places...i do recommend this hospital to anyone that loves their pets...im bringing my dogs in soon for their annual check up....THANK YOU "ANIMAL KINGDOM STAFF-n-DR.SARA" yall rock

My cat was dying and the Dr. Kessler told me do not worry about the bill. Dr. Kessler was aware that I lived on a fixed income. The bill was up to 1500.00 dollars and she finally put my cat to sleep at that point. She had worked and worked to try different medications on my cat, and nothing seemed to work at all. Then, I signed an agreement that I would pay $25.00 a month unitl I got the bill paid off. Then, her office staff called me and stated,"You will need to increase your payment to $50.00 a month or else." I told Lucy and Tammie I was unable to pay that amount. They told me to sign the contract. I signed the contract and I told them this is against my will. I was paying what I could afford and nothing else. Now they are demanding more money. Dr. Kessler was never like this now her husband is unemployed so she hits you up for the money now and refuses to work with the client and animals. my bill is down to 500 and she is freaking out more than when it was 1500 I would be ...

When we received bad news about our chocolate lab's probable liver cancer at a local veterinary ER, Dr. Kessler's office was able to work us in emergently that same morning. She was absolutely wonderful with our dog and with us and reviewed our options (detailed explanation of x-rays, labs, treatments/outcomes) with care and compassion. We cannot say enough good things about her and her staff on what was a very sad day for us. If another dog comes into our lives, we'll definitely be going back.‎

I am certain there is more to the story than what you are telling. Not to mention, why did you have a 3rd baby when you say "the economy hitting me hard"? I would venture to say that you are not a man of great judgement. My wife and I have worked with Animal Kingdom with all four of our dogs for a couple of years now, and we aren't remotely interested in changing vets. Well thats till the Coast Guard moves us again. We have been tight on money before and have had to make payment arrangements. I guess the only difference is, we pay as we agreed to without excuses of economy, third child, slipping our minds etc. Please people, don't let a opinionated computer complaining bum who doesn't pay bills let you sway your decision about Animal Kingdom or Dr. Kessler. People like that will always find a way to blame others for their own problems.‎
