Dr. Hauser has looked after 5 dogs and 9 cats over the past 10 years. He was sensitive and caring when 4 of our animals developed serious complications. When the time arrived to put each one down he provided a safe, supportive environment for our pet and ourselves. Currently we have 2 15+ year old cats with a variety of health issues. Dr. Hauser continues to provide the same compassion as he did with the others. He is responsible for saving the life of my niece's puppy who had been misdiagnosed by another vet in Novato.
I am a proponent of alternative care. Dr. Hauser has been willing to work with me when he could.

Dr. Hauser has been taking care of my two Jack Russell Terriers for the past ten years. He has been absolutely wonderful. When both dogs began experiencing severe anxiety he was able to find creative solutions. He is kind and gentle with the animals.
