Dr. J. K. Garrett is superb at orthopedic surgeries, as well as being simply a fine animal doctor. His caring and experience are always comforting to me and my animals. He has been my choice for veterinary services for over 20 years now, and I have never been sorry. Worth any wait you might have for him.

My family has been using Dr. J.k. Garrett for years for horses and dogs. Dr. Brian Garrett does the farm calls on large animals like horses now, and he is wonderful. We have had many emergencies like cut eyes, colic, and chest wounds, even a mystery problem, and have been more than pleased with our visits. Dr. J.K. Garrett does a wonderful job with our small dogs that come into the office. Animal Hospital of Fayetteville is who I recommend to everyone I know. They are compationate, friendly, and caring. They know my name, who I am related to, and all of my animals (9 at the moment), and their individual needs. There is no other veterinarian that I would trust with my animals. I am very confident that Dr. J.K. and Dr. Brian Garrett are the best within several miles of Fayetteville. We drive from Lumber Bridge.

Well first of all senior Garrett is great and I truly trust him with my two dogs, but on the other hand Meadows I would be very careful of. When i brought one of my dogs in with an eye problem I was only able to see Meadows the same day and she told me that my dog had a slight infection and apply triple antibiotics and it would be fine. Well after a month on the medicine is eye gradually got worse and that when I called and made an appointment with Senior Garrett my dog was diagnosed with Kerratitis sicca which caused my dog to lose 10 % of his vision b/c he was disdiagnosed by Meadows. Thankfully Garrett caught it when he did and recommended a specialist. So in conclusion if you are going there please be weary of which doctor you see.

I have been going to Dr Garretts for years. This is a very busy office, and that's because they are the best. They take their time with you answer and all your questions. They take care of your pet as if it was there own. They have been there for me and my pets through good times and bad. You will truly not find a better Vet Clinic anywhere in NC. There are three Dr's in the office. Dr. Garrett, Dr Martin, and Dr. Meadows. I have seen them all, and all three are truly wonderful. Their office is always sparkling clean even with the huge amount of people they see every day. The front staff is to say the least AMAZING. You will never meet a nicer group of ladies anywhere. They always have smiles on their faces, and are genuinely glad to see you. They are compassionate and always take the time to listen to your concerns. They even mention things to help you that day, things you don't think of right away. Even the animals in the office love them. If you need a Vet to go to, this is the one and only.

Dr. Garrett & Dr. Meadows are the greatest. They take the care with animals that the owners would. Their office is always clean and even with all the animals in order. I would not take my beagle anywhere else in town.
