This is the best place in town. All the doctors are great and the hours are really long, so it helps with busy schedules. They really care about pets and helping them. They take care of my dog and cats adn I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been going there for 4 years now and must say that I love there long hours, friendly staff and talented Doctors. When you first go into the clinic you can see how they care for their building, and even more so for the animals they treat. They have good prices, because trust me I have looked for cheaper, and those places I found don't do things such a pre-anesthetic bloodwork or include pain meds in the surgery cost. At Animal Hospital Jones road it is included in the cost and is required, because they want to give the best medical care. I must say that I am a person who plays it safe than sorry, so I really appreciate that about them. I recommend this hospital to people who think of their pets as members of the family and not just an animal, because this place treats them as family.

I had just moved to the area and was looking for a good vet. The receptionist that made my appointment was very nice and gave me a lot of great information about prices and the procedures of the clinic. During my appointment, the technician and the doctor were very caring to my dog and explained everything in great detail. The prices were very reasonable and everyone was very pleasant. I recommend this Animal Hospital to everyone that I know and anyone looking for a great vet and staff that they can trust.

I have been going to this Animal Hospital for about a year, and i have never seen the same doctor or vet. tech. I bought a mini dashchund and started going to them for his shots and check ups. They are very expensive, inconsistant and very cold. Unfortunatly, my dog has been diagnosed with permanent mange. It is treatable only if he takes medication every day. I took him about a month ago for his check up and they diagnosed him as "cured, no more mange" and took him off his medication. I remember asking several times if i needed to keep in on his medication just to make sure the mange was gone and they told me " no your dog is fine." Now today, his hair is falling out and he still has mange. I can't explain this enough to everyone, but mange can make a little dog like this very sick very quick or can result in death. The big part in the misdiagnoses is the animals don't see the same vet., its always someone new. Today i have decided to change vets. I can't believe i have stayed so long with this Animal Hospital and spent so much money. I do not recomment this place to anyone who loves there animals.

The front office staff at Animal Hospital Jones Road leaves much to be desired ... some of them are great -- caring and compassionate, but others make you feel like an idiot for being upset about your pet. I didn't appreciate how I was treated there at all.
