This is the kind of place that you really don't want to end up in... because chances are when you use a place like this it is because of an emergency. My 18 year old cat was having a rough time and I knew the time was near. However, the day came when I knew I had to take her in... it was a Sunday and our vet was not open. We took her to this facility to have her checked out. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and empathetic with us. The doctor seemed very caring and was very frank with us. We ended up having her put to sleep and under the circumstances, these friendly people made it somewhat bearable. They took care of us and help to make it as painless as they could. They even sent a condolence card in the mail a couple of days later. I would recommend this place if you have an emergency with your pet... no doubt about it!
