Our thanks to Dr. Elpert, techs, staff and management of The Animal Emergency Clinic. Early on Sunday Oct 04 we brought in our cat Pearl, who seemed very close to death. With the correct diagnosis, wonderfull teatment, within a few hours we brought her back from the emergency. She was very alert!. We credit all of you to saving her life. Thank you all for being there and performing a wonderfull service. More hospitals should be like you!.

Thank You for saving my Life. My mom and 4 sisters (4legged) are very grateful. It was a hard fight but now I am 90% there. Everyone is working so hard for me. It is a lot for a 12 year old dog. So thanks for all the hard work!!!

I had to bring my dog here and after they did a quick evaluation they gave me an estimate of what it would cost. After I asked them if there was any way we can get the bill down a bit the vet said okay well we can do without this and without that. Why did they have to add on all this extra stuff that wasn't needed to begin with?! They obviously just care about your money! They even sold me an old and used elizabethan collar which I didn't realize was dirty until I got home. I had to go back there and ask them a question about my dog and the one lady vet that was there sitting up at the front couldn't even get off her big butt to take a look at my dog. Unbelievable!

I went with my 5 year old Bulldog on Dec 27th at 11:00 pm. She had eaten a toy from my kids room Dr. Elpert and his staff examined my dog, explained her condition to me and took her to surgery, in the morning we took our pet to her regular vet who was very pleased with their job. We are very greatfull, thanks Dr. Elpert.
