Andys is probably best known for its pizzas piled high with ham, cheese, onions, green peppers, whatever you want. They have great Coney dogs, too.
The staff is friendly, well trained, and will take care of you.
You can call ahead for a pick up order (grab it on your way home Friday) or sit with family and friends in their VERY relaxed atmosphere and just enjoy yourselves.
Although this is not a 4-star restaurant this IS great little place to hang out.
Ive known about Andys since the 70s. When I lived in California I missed it.

I checked "Good for a large group" but not too large and not during peek hours.

Andy's Pizza has many locations in town so there is always a restaurant near you wherever you are in town. I know that they have a pretty big menu to choose from and they are famous for their coney dogs. I personally have only ate their pizza, which is wonderful, but it is more expensive than any other pizza place in town. But I have found that you will not find another pizza with more toppings on it than Andys Pizza. I can eat one slice and be full because they have so many toppings on the pizza. I like their pizza, but their crust leaves alot to be desired. I have found it to be pretty hard, and if they had better crust I would say that they definitely have the best tasting pizza in town.

PROS: Tons of toppings on the pizza
CONS: More expensive than other pizza chains

One of the best places to get pizza, however......a very unappealing atmosphere. Broken down chairs, tables, walls and floors that look like they haven't been washed in months. If they could only fix and clean, it would be great! Good coupon deals, but I would recommend a take out order.
