Amazing local bookshop. Will order any book for you if they don't have it. Several author signings a month. Fun activities for kids. HUGE Harry Potter celebrations. Very involved in community. I love this bookshop, and will continue going for many more years!

I love this bookstore. It has been a popular shop in charming downtown Downers Grove for many years and is quite popular. I especially love visiting during the Christmas holiday season when the warmth of the staff and the beautiful quality of the books and gifts really gets me into the holiday spirit. Pure joy!

This is a great place where you can find a vast selection of books for all age groups. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, They also have good stuff for gifts, stuffed animals, games etc. They also often get great authors and its fun to meet you favorite out here

This is a great book store. They are about half children's books and half adult books. They have a very large junior high fiction section and picture book section. I have bought many presents for friends from this store. I like the option to buy both a book and a stuffed animal. And they always offer wrapping for free. The wrapping paper is the most colorful I have ever seen with wonderful ribbon. The employees are very familiar with books and are super helpful.
I have bought fun stuff for myself here too. They have Playmobil and I've gotten a vulture with bones and a ghost with a ball and chain. This is just a wonderful place to browse, go for presents, or see a famous author. They often get popular authors. THANKS Anderson's!
