Walter Anderson Nursery is what a nursery should be. The plants are healthy, the staff is helpful, and they have everything. They have the most knowledgeable staff around, very friend and always will to help. Whether you need a few bedding plants or a killer huge tree they have it! They also have the most beautiful Christmas trees both fresh and cut, every tree is beautiful. So whatever your nursery needs are Walter Anderson is the place you will find it. Check them out!
Pros: Great staff, great service
Cons: Prices are a bit higher than other stores but worth it.

Very Nice and So Helpful
The staff at Walter Anderson has helped me choose fruit trees, annual flowers, the right veggie starts and pretty low-water use plants. They've helped me identify a plant (from a cutting I took) and diagnosed what was wrong with my lemon tree (too much fruit, not enough fertilizer). They're always friendly and helpful and they can special order just about anything you can think of.

I dont think i have ever been to a garden center like this. The staff is wonderful, so friendly and knowledgeable. They seem really excited to help you, and they do actually help you. They made me aware of things that i should be looking for, not just things that look good. They made me consider soil alkalinity, shade, and many other things i really never thought about. The prices are a little bit higher that if you bought them from a huge chain, but they do really seem that they have good quality plants, and the help they give you is priceless.

PROS: great quality and excellent service
CONS: a little pricey (but well worth it)

Walter Andersens Nursery is the best nursery in the world. The plants are really cool and the people working their know what they are talking about. It would be a shame to say that you have not been to the Nursery or to say that you do not like it because if I were god i would make heaven exactly like The Walter Andersen Nursery.
