The person selected for our Chief Financial Officer position went to Ameriprints for her fingerprint scan, and two weeks later we learned from the manager that the scan was not transmitted to DOJ (!), allegedly due to a technical glitch with a third party computer server. The result of this lack of follow-through on Ameriprint's part cost the individual thousands of dollars of lost wages and significantly impaired our fiscal operations. We will never use them again.

Customer service seemed to be the number one prioity with this company. The price was better than any other scan companies which was a priority with me. parking was easy. I thought it would be a little difficult to find because I was not familiar with the area...but, I followed the easy directions and didn't find it difficult at all...I would certainly recommend this Live Scan company to my friends and people I work with.
