We've used this company since 2001 for annual maintenance on our furnace and A/C. On two different occasions our heating system broke down completely after they performed 'maintenance.' On another occasion, we purchased a brand new Lennox central A/C unit and had it installed through them. After no more than 2 months of use over a 1 year period, the condenser had to be replaced. This broke less than 2 weeks after they performed 'annual maintenance' on the new unit. The parts were under warranty, but the labor ($700) was not. We are terminating our contract with this company and moving to another!
Pros : If you are a comfort club member, they will get to you for a break-down within 12-24 hours.
Cons : If it is winter and your furnace isn't working, their 12-24 hour technician response time seems interminable.
