DO NOT BUY YOUR TIRES FROM THIS SHOP!

I went to this tire shop and spent about $900 on my tires 2 months ago, and now I'm encountering some problems. My tires can't seem to hold air pressure so I went back to American Tire Depot in Burbank to get them checked out.

I went twice last week and they checked the pressure and put air in. Today I came back to let them know that the tire pressure is low again, and while Jose and Hector (two of the workers there were very friendly and accommodating), the manager came out before they even had the chance to examine the tires and told me that the problem is not with the tires, but with the tire pressure monitoring system. He told me all of this without so much as looking at the tires. He also told me that I was "wasting their time" and that I should come back when my tire pressure monitoring system is fixed. Mind you, I know very little about tires, and the manager (when I first purchased the tires) was extremely friendly and assured me that I could come back any time and that I'll be taken cared of. Being a girl and relieved that I found a friendly neighborhood shop, I fell for it.

Now that I'm encountering problems, though, the same manager, the manager was extremely rude to me and even to his own workers. He yelled at me for wasting his time and then his two workers for even talking to me. When one of his workers inspected the valve, Hector discovered that one of the valves was leaking. I went over to the manager to let him know that they found the issue, and he told me that he didn't believe it. I told him to ask his coworkers. Instead of commending Hector for finding the issue, he yelled at Hector for interfering and not following his instructions of not getting involved. He then took the broken valve from me, threw it in the air, and walked away. I followed him to the waiting area to find out what I needed to do next, and when I asked him for the name of his boss, he said that I shouldn't worry about how he manages his shop and that I should just worry about my car.

All I wanted was to get my tires checked out, but instead I have tires that I don't know what's wrong with them and I got an earful from a manager with hidden rage issues!
