I didn't even have to walk in the store - I called them up a day in advance to schedule a private party transfer for an SKS. The first guy who answered said it should be fine. I called again the next day to confirm the appointment, and a different guy refused to conduct the transfer without providing a reason. Turners Outdoorsman did the transfer, no questions asked. I know where I'll be taking my business from now on.‎

The bad reviews must be from stupid people. I'm new to shooting but they were helpful. I agree though, weekends are BUSY! Thanks!!

The people who work there are professional people and treat people well. A gun range or gun store or your home for that matter is not a place to be a goof ball with your gun. Nowhere ever is. There are rules regarding holstering, loaded mags, etc. You follow them or you go somewhere else. As far as bad reviews go, some people feel as if every employee at every store they go to should fall to the floor and lick their feet. Good customer service is important, and these employees practice that, but they're dealing with things that can kill people in a split second if the user is not practicing safe gun etiquette so they are stern when it comes to safety. It's a great place to shoot. Thanks! P.S. It is really busy on the weekends so be there before they open to get a spot in line.‎
