Have been going there for years, never go any place else. Good service and very efficient.

I've been going to this place for 15 years. In all this time, there is ALWAYS a moody, rude, lazy lady at the cash register. They almost always get fired, but they get replaced with even MORE incompentent, cranky females. Today I went there and this new mean, ugly woman is just sitting there, staring at me. No one would help me. She wouldn't even speak to me. I stood there for almost 5 minutes and then I finally asked her 'Is someone going to help me?' And she had the nerve to say 'move that basket off the scale and put your basket up there, I'm not moving and you can do it yourself.' I told her NO, I AM THE CUSTOMER, I DON'T WORK HERE! So she yelled at the next customer in the parking lot to come over and put my basket on the scale! I mean, she just started screaming and hollering in my face, just to get the man's attention! Then she snapped at me "THANKS A LOT FOR ALL YOUR ****** HELP!' And she grabbed my receipt out of my hand so fast, she almost tore it in half! I told her that I would be calling the owner and reporting this. If I slipped and fell, since the ground was covered with wet puddles from all kinds of liquids, along with bottle caps and all kinds of trash, I could've sued their ass off! I was dressed in office clothes and I do NOT work for the recycling center! I know A LOT of people who go there, and I have been on the phone all day telling everyone I can NOT to go there anymore, so if you're smart and you don't want to be treated like ****, DO NOT GO HERE!! Maybe if she loses enough customers for this business, (and from what I've been hearing, she has,) she'll get fired faster than the others and she will be forced to appreciate customers more, and realize that CUSTOMERS are the only reason she had a job!

Tried to rip us off. Guy inside recorded lesser weights than was told. When confronted, they gave us an extra 10 dollars.

Pay a lot of attention, if you go here. Better yet, just avoid it and go somewhere else.
